The SMARTGURLZ iPad app offers an exciting opportunity to control your Siggy robot using your iPhone. Not only can you drive Siggy around and record your moves, but you can also replay them with your friends. This app also provides a unique and engaging approach to learning the foundations of Computer Science through drag and drop programming.
SugarCoded TM, a game-like, self-directed tutorial, features SmartGurlz characters Jen and Maria, who will guide and motivate you as you complete missions, earn points, and compete against your friends. The best part about SugarCoded is the ability to code Siggy and make it perform various actions like driving or dancing on the floor. You can also save your moves and unlock exciting missions within the game.
With SugarCoded, not only will you have fun, but you will also learn essential programming concepts such as repeat-loops, conditionals, and basic algorithms. This app is suitable for kids aged 6-12 and can be accessed through modern browsers, smartphones, and tablets.
